This Legal Notice regulates access to and use of the website eregister-ie.com (the “Website”), operated by MG-OG Digital Agency LLC a company registered in Albuquerque with EIN: 61-2143396 and having its registered office at 2201 Menaul Boulevard Northeast, STE A (“Eregister-IE”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

The domain eregister-ie.com and all content published on it (text, graphics, images, logos, and other material) are the exclusive property of ERegister-IE or are used under license. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or modification of any content is strictly prohibited.

The Website provides information about and access to our administrative services for assisting individuals in obtaining official certificates and related documents from Ireland authorities. For this reason we charge a 79€ service fee (inlc. government and public taxes).
We are an independent service provider and are not affiliated with or endorsed by the Government of Ireland or any of its agencies. Users have the option of submitting their application directly through official channels at no extra cost.
