Welcome to eregister-ie.com. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and the services provided by MG-OG Digital Agency LLC (“we,” “us,” “our,” “the Company”). By accessing or using the website eregister-ie.com (the “Website”) and ordering our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree with these Terms, do not use or access our Website or services. Your continued use of the Website constitutes acceptance of these Terms. We may update these Terms from time to time, and it is your responsibility to review them periodically.
The information provided on this site is not legal advice but general information on issues commonly encountered when dealing with civil certificates matters.
1. Scope of Services
- Nature of service. eregister-ie.com provides an independent administrative support service to assist customers with the preparation and submission of requests for Irish civil certificates (birth, marriage, and death) (collectively, “Certificates”). We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or part of the Government of Ireland, and we do not issue certificates. We do not provide legal advice.
- Timeframes. We undertake to process applications internally within a maximum period of 48 hours after receiving complete and accurate information. Once the request is submitted, the issuing authority’s delivery time may vary and is outside of our control. If additional documents are required, you will be notified. The request cannot be completed until all required supporting documents are provided.
- Independence disclaimer. We are an independent administrative service provider. Our team offers support in document management and request processing, assisting customers in submitting the necessary information to obtain official certificates from the competent authorities in Ireland. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or part of the Government of Ireland. We do not provide certificates directly.
- Fees. The total fee is 79 EUR (seventy-nine euros) per certificate. This amount covers administrative support services and related handling costs. Any statutory fees charged by the issuing authority are determined by that authority.
- Service coverage. Our service may include:
- Guidance on required information and documents for your request,
- Preparation and verification of the details provided for submission,
- Submission support and status tracking where available,
- Requesting clarifications from you if information is incomplete or inconsistent,
- Customer support communications regarding your order status.
- Postal delivery responsibility. The printing and postal delivery of the certificate are handled by the official issuing authority. We have no control or responsibility over postal times, delivery methods, or potential losses or delays once the certificate is dispatched by the competent authority.
- Exclusions / limitations. We cannot guarantee that the issuing authority will approve a request (e.g., due to incomplete information, lack of records, eligibility restrictions, or other factors). If an authority rejects a request, our liability is limited as set out below.
2. Orders, Payment & Refunds
- Order placement. You place an order through our Website by selecting the type of certificate (birth, marriage, death), providing required information and documents, and completing payment.
- Payment. Payment must be made in full in advance (79€) via the payment methods supported on the Website.
- Confirmation. Upon receipt of payment, we will send you a confirmation and begin processing your order. We reserve the right to verify details or request additional documents before proceeding.
- Refunds / cancellations. Not all users who have applied through our Website are eligible for a refund. Where available, the refund amount depends on the status of the processing and the time elapsed since the transaction:
- Full refund (24 hours): You may request a full refund within 24 hours of placing your order, provided that we have not yet started processing your request.
- Partial refund: If processing has started but the request has not yet been submitted to the issuing authority, you may be eligible for a partial refund, calculated based on the work already performed and any non-recoverable costs.
- No refund after submission: Once the request has been submitted to the issuing authority, no refunds will be available, as the service is considered executed. Any statutory or authority fees paid are non-refundable.
How to request a refund: All cancellation or refund requests must be sent to contact@eregister-ie.com and include your order reference. Refund eligibility is determined based on the status of the request at the time of cancellation.

- Document permission. You grant us permission to use, process, and forward the documents and information you provide solely for the purpose of providing the service under these Terms.
